Donate your old bike(s) to the New Jersey Bike Exchange (affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club), and help families and kids in Trenton get a bike. When you drop off your bike, you will receive a receipt for tax purposes. For locations and times, check www.bikeexchangenj.org

The Salvation Army will accept donated bicycles in working and good, condition.  For specific information about donations in our area call 1-800-SA-TRUCK (1-800-728-7825).

You can either drop off your donation or arrange for pick up via their website at their Donate Goods page.  Type in your zip code and hit Go and you will land at a donation specific page where you can fill out the form to find out if pickup service is available, (or call 1-800-SA-TRUCK.)

Another option – Sell your bike on consignment

The Trenton Bike Exchange also accepts store-quality bikes on consignment. Bikes accepted for consignment must be in good condition. The Boys & Girls Club Bike Exchange charges $75.00 for selling a consigned bike. The owner of the bike will receive all proceeds from the sale less than $75.00. Bikes for consignment must be delivered to the Exchange’s shop during business hours.
